Mysterious Ore in Genshin Impact – where to find and how to use

Mysterious ore is a rare material in Genshin Impact, which can only be found in Fontaine. It is necessary to create a special mission item. If you have a hard time finding it, use our guide.

Thanks to the mysterious ore, you will receive a special item called “Archium Preparation”. It will automatically appear in your inventory when you collect all seven pieces of this material. Using the blank you can forge in a hidden cave in the Liffey District. To do this, you will need to visit the Bravais printing shop and turn the blank into a Lumenite archive.

Once you find all seven ore pieces, you’ll get the achievement “Mysterious mineral, come out!”. Thanks to him you can get 5 source stones.

Dive into the underwater cave, which is located southeast of the Kinetic Energy Institute. You will find yourself in this location while completing the quest ‘Insidious Light from the Depths’, but if you wish, you can visit this location after completing the quest. Until the task is completed, the path to the cave is closed.

You must defeat a boss known as the Spiked Bubble. After this you can pick up the first piece of ore.

The search for this piece of ore is directly related to the quest ‘The Path to the Singularity’. As you progress in the quest, you will end up in Kuzel’s workshop.

Before you enter the location, there is an elevator that you must use. Then go right along the underground tunnels, then jump down, turn left and take the elevator up.

Continue forward along the tunnels until you enter a spacious room. There is still a piece of ore.

First you must complete the mission “Tit for Tit”. Then go to the indicated teleport.

Run north past the yellow crystals. At the fork, turn left (west). There is still a piece of ore.

Teleport to the indicated point.

Jump into the water and go south. On the right you will see an underwater cave. That’s what you need. There you will find a jellyfish that needs to be mounted on a pedestal and exploded.

This will open a passage. Swim forward until you reach a cave. Continue and open the door.

Go to the place indicated on the map.

Climb the statue. There’s a piece of ore on it. If you want, you can climb onto the nearest cliff and slide down.

Go to the next point.

You have to climb to the top floor of the building. The ore lies among the stone ruins.

Go to the Central Laboratory.

From the teleport, swim east. Use the jellyfish to split the stones in the flooded building and collect the last piece of the mysterious ore.
