The countdown has intensified for the Spanish arrival of Here’s My Jam. Movistar Plus+ announced on Thursday that the Spanish adaptation, hosted by Arturo Valls, will join the catalog and premiere next Monday, October 2.

That’s My Jam España is an upbeat entertainment show where celebrity couples tackle music related quizzes and challenges, testing their vocal prowess, memory, and rhythm in lively, interactive segments.

Amaia Romero, Rigoberta Bandini, Nathy Peluso and Paco León are among the first participants who step onto the show’s vibrant stage. The format moves fast: contestants sing whether they feel ready or not, perform quirky musical karaoke, attempt mime-inspired tasks while dancing, play trivia while wearing a wig, or even take a dive into an aquarium. A poor note or memory lapse can lead to a wet surprise on set.

Movistar Plus+ describes the program as a spectacle that blends music, humor, and big moments with engaging guests and a dynamic energy that reaches the audience at home. In moments before the show, the host and Nathy Peluso join in a playful duet, while Rigoberta Bandini demonstrates her ability to mimic two favorite artists with a song by C Tangana, Amaia delivers a flamenco-inspired take on a classic eighties hymn, and Paco León channels a distinctive vibe reminiscent of Pitingo.

Movistar Plus+ reinforces its commitment to top-tier entertainment, talent, and humor with the Spanish edition of That’s My Jam, adapted from NBC’s popular US format hosted by Jimmy Fallon. The local version features Arturo Valls as host and producer, with his own house band led by Victor Elías.

That’s My Jam Spain is a Movistar Plus+ production in collaboration with Lacoproducer (PRISA Media), Gunpowder Movies, and Universal Television Alternative Studios UTAS, a division of Universal Studio Group. The original format was produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio together with Jimmy Fallon’s production company, Electric Hot Dog. The first season in the United States earned over 250 million views across linear and digital platforms. That’s My Jam España marks the sixth international adaptation of the format and has also been or is being developed in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, and Mongolia.

The format is licensed worldwide by NBCUniversal Formats, part of Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group. This adaptation continues the global reach of the brand and its cross-border appeal for audiences who love music, games, and spontaneous performances.
