Christina Kalinina

Kristina Kalinina joined the project in March 2006 with a goal close to her heart: to find a foster father for her young daughter who was under the care of her grandmother. Fellow members of House-2 reacted with sharp condemnation and a boycott. Within two weeks she left the project. After departing, Kalinina faced deep depression and began to drink heavily. She stopped eating under stress and lost significant weight. About a year later, just before turning 23, Kalinina died from heart and kidney failure.

Oksana Aplekaeva

Fourteen years have passed since the murder of Oksana Aplekaeva, and the culprit has never been found. She left Dom-2 in 2005 and pursued modeling. By late August 2008 she worked at a car dealership in Moscow, where she met a man with whom she later drifted apart. Communication ceased after that. Relatives and friends contacted law enforcement, and her body was discovered by truck drivers on the Moscow–Riga highway, four days after she disappeared. Investigators found drowning to be the cause of death. One theory ties her murder to work in the escort industry, suggesting a client might have committed the crime to avoid exposure and blackmail. Another theory implicates an ex-lover who could have contracted a sexually transmitted disease, leading to lethal consequences.

Oksana Korneva

Oksana known as Kesha Korneva joined the show in 2004 and left after 48 days when her feelings were not returned. She later died in January 2009 in a traffic incident involving a minibus while she was with two teenagers near the Garden Ring. Friends who were with her and witnesses to the accident died from their injuries at the scene. Despite attempts, medical teams could not save her. She was 23 years old at the time of death.

Andrey Kadetov

Andrei Kadetov appeared on television from April to November 2010, during which it emerged that he was still married. The show gave him an ultimatum: divorce or leave Dom-2. Kadetov chose to leave. He was killed on December 24, 2010, in the garden of his house while walking his dog. A knife attack ended his life and was witnessed by local vendors who sought help from an ambulance. The attacker, later found to be an employee of the Ministry of Emergencies, received an eleven-year sentence in a strict regime colony. During questioning, Kadetov’s ex claimed that he had raped her, though friends contested this, saying it was a rumor aimed at PR.

Maria Politova

Maria Politova pursued a career on Dom-2 three times. Her first appearance came in 2006, but she stayed only a month as peers in the house could not embrace her complex inner world. She returned in 2010 for another attempt but was dismissed after 20 days. Politova left a lasting impression as one of the most enigmatic participants. In 2017 her body, showing signs of frostbite, was found near a Moscow region summer cottage, and the cause of death was later recorded as poisoning after she mixed pills with alcohol.

Anastasia Tarasyuk

Anastasia Tarasyuk passed away in June 2018. The exact circumstances remain unclear and are debated as an accident, suicide, or possible harm by a wealthy lover. Relatives later claimed she worked as an escort after leaving the show. Tarasyuk departed Dom-2 in 2013 after a brief run, during which Andrey Cherkasov courted her on the program.

Polina Lobanova

Polina Lobanova appeared on the project in October 2017 and stayed for two months. She became well remembered for a bold moment on the first day. She was found dead in her girlfriend’s apartment in July 2019; the autopsy suggested the heart could not bear the strain after drug use, though a relative disputed any substance use, suggesting misinterpretation at a party. She had just turned 20 a few days before the tragedy.

Svetlana Ustinenko

Svetlana Ustinenko joined Dom-2 in 2013 to meet the future husband of her daughter, Alexey Gobozov. She remained a regular participant for a while before a brain cancer diagnosis changed everything. She fought bravely, underwent surgery, and consulted with notable figures about the disease. In 2016 she passed away at age 49. Her daughter later attributed the constant showbiz controversies on the project to affecting her mother’s health.

Petr Avşetsin

Petr Avsetsin did not stay long on Dom-2, leaving in under three weeks due to health problems. He battled cancer for years and died in 2009.

Vasily Zhulinski

Vasily Zhulinsky joined Dom-2 in 2013 but was sent home on the first day. In June of that year a 24-year-old man was found dead in a pond. The exact cause remained undetermined, leading relatives to seek guidance from psychics who claimed he choked while dealing with heart problems after using drugs.
