Stas Namin, founder and driving force behind the Gorky Park group, spoke about Alla Pugacheva’s decision to leave Russia during a visit with the singer in Israel. His remarks were quoted by RIA News.
According to Namin, Pugacheva has long been recognized as a person of integrity and candor, consistently true to herself despite persistent rumors. “Today he is in a unique position—there is a sense of new beginnings for him. The idea came from Maxim, who took the lead in deciding to take this step. It is not something that should fracture the family,” Namin explained.
He noted that while Pugacheva would prefer to stay in Israel, life there is more challenging than in Russia in some respects.
“Living conditions there are tough. It is easier to be based here,” the producer added.
