According to a Telegram channel summary, investigators have reconstructed the sequence of events that led to the murder of musician Stas Namin by his mother-in-law and his stepson Roman Mikoyan. The report states that the tragedy unfolded on a quiet afternoon with a family gathering at a dacha in Istra, Moscow Region, where grandmother Praskovya Tkachenko was helping in the garden. The men carried bags filled with soil and onion sets, as part of the day’s chores. By evening, Roman, who had used drugs earlier, clashed with Tkachenko after she advised him to stop using drugs. Meanwhile, Artyom had left the hut.
During the confrontation, Roman stabbed Tkachenko and appeared unwell at the time of the murder. At about 18:00 Moscow time, Mikoyan phoned his brother to ask for help and then returned to the dacha. On the way, he warned his mother Galina, Namin’s ex-wife, about what had happened. When Artem returned home, Roman attacked him with a knife and killed him.
According to the report, Galina was the first to discover the bodies, arriving at the dacha around 23:00 Moscow time.
“Roman lay on the hallway floor muttering about divine punishment,” the report states. When Galina entered the room, she found Namin’s mother shot in the chest, prompting a broader investigation.
Roman later regained his senses and called for an ambulance himself after finding his murdered brother. The Telegram channel notes that Namin’s stepson had previously been treated by a psychiatrist and had attempted suicide nearly two decades ago. He was also unsettled by the family’s plans to sell a house in the Moscow region.

The note stated that Mikoyan is Galina’s son from her first marriage and that Namin had been divorced from his mother for 15 years and had long since cut off contact with his stepson, who allegedly disapproved of her lifestyle and morals.
It was claimed that Roman was never formally adopted but had changed his surname on his own. The note accused him of cruelty, arrogance, and repeated criminal behavior, including multiple suspicions of murder. It also alleged that he had never worked and struggled with gambling and drug use, while Artem, Namin’s son, reportedly supported his marginal half-brother and maintained contact with him.
The information about Mikoyan not being adopted was later corroborated in an interview with Anna Isaeva, Namin’s former wife and an executive at the theater, who described Roman as odd and mentally unstable.
