The photographer filed a lawsuit against TV presenter Yulia Vysotskaya for using her photos without permission on the culinary portal. Life reports this with this reference: Shot.
According to the publication, the photographer initially appealed to Vysotskaya’s company “Edimdoma.Ru” with a request to pay 125 thousand rubles for the photos or simply delete the content. However, the victim, who did not receive a response, applied to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
Shot emphasized that the TV presenter published only two photos allegedly stolen from the photographer along with recipes on his website.
