The Moscow and the Moscow region turned to the list of the largest activity regions within the framework of the Family Bank VTB. They form one third of all the groups created. This was reported as “Gazeta.ru” by Vice President – VTB Georgy Gordov Chairman.
The service was released in November last year and more than 20,000 new users participated every day. In April, the number of active customers exceeded 5 million – now each fifth VTB user has been included in the family group. Often, groups are not created by spouses, but by friends, distant relatives and relatives (55%). Spouses constitute 22%of the participants, parents -18%, brothers -4%.
Moscow (33.7%), the biggest share of family associations, St. Petersburg (3.4%), Moscow (2.5%), Sverdlovsk (2.3%) and Nizhny Novgorod (1.6%) were recorded in regions. The first tenth also had Perm region, Tatarstan, Stavropol region, Orenburg, Tula, Samara and Kemerovo.
The most active users of the service are 35 to 45 years of age. They make up 22% of all participants. Later, the Russians were under 45-55 years of age (19%) and below the age of 55-65 (15%).
Among the privileges of the participants, free VTB subscription plus for 60 days, up to 20% discounts for insurance products and VTB MOBAIL mobile communications and cash up to 5% in supermarkets – can be used for all members of the group and regularly included in the monthly list of categories. In the near future, the family bank will be able to monitor the balance of a mobile phone of their loved ones in real time and automatically renew the score. It is also planned to add new cash return categories and initiate special functions: it calculates for family savings and general expenses.
