Andrey Klishas, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building of the Russian Federation, telegraph channel declared that grain and fertilizers should be sold in rubles only.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, Dmitry Patrushev, said that the department has agreed to the transition to payment in rubles for the supply of grain in the future.
“Cereal materials, fertilizers are all for the ruble,” said Klishas.
