When will gas prices become prohibitive and a person or family will stop using a car? Recently, the trend towards constant growth seems to have stopped (and prices have even fallen slightly), but after that there was a jump again in a number of regions. We asked Za Rulem subscribers to Viber what they think about current fuel prices?
Nearly five thousand people took part in the vote – probably this can be considered a record in our surveys of this kind. Among the respondents were owners of electric vehicles – however, this is the smallest group of 31 people, which is less than one percent of all participants.
The second largest group is motorists who fill their cars with gas and therefore do not follow the prices of petrol and diesel – there were only 82 of them, ie a little more than one percent.

The third group – 152 people or about 3% of respondents – are those citizens who are satisfied with the current fuel prices, they consider them normal.
Another 11%, that is 572 people, replied that they recognize the prices as high, but are willing to be patient in the face of the onset of difficult times. But the largest group is 4051, 82% of the respondents. Their current fuel prices are not satisfactory.
- Kazakhstan refused to sell diesel fuel to foreigners at the same prices – they have a separate price list, twice as expensive.
