Officials of the Rostov region auctioned a rare “Seagull” for 365 thousand rubles

The government of the Rostov region put up for auction the Soviet executive sedan “Chaika” GAZ-14. About reported on the official website of the regional government.

According to the party’s statement, the 1982 GAZ-14 car, whose mileage is almost 73,000 km, needs repair. The car’s engine has no attachments, including the two carburetors, which are attached to the vehicle as the case may be. There is an automatic transmission, but no torque converter. In addition, the brake system of the executive sedan, which is included in the balance sheet of the Transportation Support Regional Directorate, has been dismantled, its doors have been removed, and there is corrosion on the body. The vehicle that is not in working condition will be sold by auction. Its initial price is 365 thousand rubles.

The “Seagull” of the second generation with the factory index GAZ-14 was produced at the Gorky Automobile Plant from 1977 to 1988. A total of 1114 such machines were installed. The serial number of the car sold in Rostov-on-Don is 258.

Earlier it was known that the average cost of a new car in Russia. decreased 2.3 million rubles in July.
