Microsoft offered a new function that allows you to create presentation slides using the Copilot II assistant in PowerPoint. This option began to spread this week and was designed to significantly reduce the time and efforts required for the preparation of presentations. About it reports Broadcast Windows Central.
The new function allows you to create slides according to the user’s text request or by analyzing the content of the existing file. According to the company’s statements, Copilot can help create honized, attractive and effective slides, which can turn into a fully designed slide with content ready to quickly edit the idea or document.
In order to use the new function, users need to go to the “home” tab in PowerPoint and select “New Slide with Copilot”. You can also use the Copilot button in the application and select “Add Slide .. After that, it will be recommended to enter the user’s request or upload a file for processing.
Currently, a file -based slide -based function supports Microsoft Word documents only.
So far, the functionality of the new opportunity has certain restrictions. For example, it cannot fulfill requests for shaping slides such as fonts, colors, backgrounds or selection of images. In the future, it is assumed that the possibilities of this function will be expanded.
The new function is available in PowerPoint for the Windows operating system. To use the possibility of creating a slide using copilot, the presence of an appropriate license on the copilot is required.
