The United Arab Emirates (UAE) plans to be the first country in the world to actively use artificial intelligence in the world to develop new laws and update the current legislation. About it reports Financial Times.
According to the Prime Minister of Bae Mohammed bin Rashid al Mactum, the implementation of AI will make the law making process faster and more accurate.
Last week, the country government approved the creation of a special organ – regulatory intelligence department that will be responsible for the integration of AI into the legislative process.
It is assumed that artificial intelligence will accelerate the development of laws to 70%. For this purpose, it is planned to establish a large -scale database, including all federal and local laws, court decisions and information from public services. AI will analyze these data for changes in legislation and proposals to evaluate the potential effects on economy and society.
Researchers emphasize that no country in the world currently does not use artificial intelligence for actively rewritten laws. On a global scale, it is mainly used as an ancillary tool – for analysis or optimization of processes.
However, experts also stimulate potential risks. AI can produce unstable or even imaginary answers, and logic can sometimes be incomprehensible for a person. Although Oxford researcher Vincent Straub seems to be promising, he emphasizes that it is dangerous to fully rely on cars such as tricks.
Previously OutputIn 2025, a large -scale increase in Russia was recorded.
