Former president of Activision Blizzard Cat sued journalists 14:55

Former president of Activision Blizzard Bobby Cat accused Kotaku and his slander against Gizmodo. The registration of the case was published on the website of the Delaware Court on 11 March, reports Courthouse News Portal.

The reason for the case was the materials published in G/o media media companies. These articles discussed an investigation initiated by the US Department of Justice against Activision Blizzard and the resolution of a discrimination against employment and equal wages.

Representatives of the cat claim that publications contain false accusations against the problems of workplaces. Later, these charges were refuted as part of the investigation.

Despite the appeals of cat lawyers who had a request for adjusting the material, these charges remained unchanged. The plaintiff claims that these materials are placed to cause reputation damage.

The amount of compensation requested by Bobby Kotik from the publications will be determined by the court.
