Oppo introduced its flagship smartphones Find X8 and Find X8 Pro with similar design and hardware in China. This was reported by badged.
Oppo Find X8 is equipped with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2760×1256 pixels and a frequency of 120 Hz. Find X8 Pro uses a 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 2780×1264 pixels and a dynamic frequency of up to 120 Hz. The flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip, complemented by 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 256, 512 GB or 1 TB of internal storage, is responsible for the performance of new products.
The base Oppo Find X8 is equipped with a triple 50-megapixel camera: main, ultra-wide-angle and telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The Pro version is distinguished by the presence of a fourth camera – a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with six times optical zoom. In both cases, a 32 MP selfie camera is used. Hasselblad has also been involved in work on smartphone cameras.
An important feature of the new products is the use of an analogue of the Camera Control button on the iPhone 16.
Find X8 and X8 Pro come with 5630mAh and 5910mAh batteries respectively and support 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Among other features, they note support for 5G, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68 (Find X8) and IP69 (Find X8 Pro) water and dust protection, fingerprint scanner and pre-installed ColorOS 15. Shell based on Android 15.
In China, Oppo Find X8 and X8 Pro are offered at prices starting from 4199 and 5299 yuan (about 56.8 and 71.7 thousand rubles), respectively. It is unknown whether the flagships will appear outside China, including Russia.
