Popular UK retailer Ann Summers, specialising in adult products, has asked customers to return one of its popular products, even if it has been used. We are talking about a Rabbit vibrator whose head can come off during operation due to malfunction and can cause injuries. In this case, reports Daily Star edition.
The rabbit was sold in Ann Summers retail stores and online from August 10 to August 22, 2024. The official statement from the company states that a malfunction in the product’s mechanism poses a potential danger to users.
The UK Product Safety and Standards Agency said the purple Rabbit vibrator, made in China, is about 23cm long and is fitted with an electric motor with rotating balls in its head that create vibrations. The recall notice says the product poses a hazard because of a defect that could cause the vibrator head to come off.
Customers are advised to stop using this product and return it to the store for disposal.
