As part of the WWDC 2024 conference, Apple announced a number of new features for its AirPods headphones. The portal reports this MacRumors.
Among the most important innovations is the ability to control the headphones using head movements. This feature will allow users, for example, to accept or reject incoming calls by shaking their head left or right or up and down.
Additionally, integration with the Siri voice assistant will allow you to respond to messages and expand the capabilities of managing notifications.
The headphones will also feature new sound isolation technology designed to suppress background noise, thus ensuring clearer sounds during calls.
Another innovation is the personalized spatial audio feature in games on tvOS. AirPods 3, AirPods Pro and AirPods Max users will get personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking.
The new features will be available to users this fall.
