Gigabyte introduced a giant gaming monitor – 55 inches, 120 Hz and Android OS

Gigabyte has unveiled its massive gaming monitor S55U. This is a model with a diagonal of 54.6 inches, a frequency of 120 Hz and a resolution of 4K. The monitor is based on a VA panel with a brightness of 1500 nits, a contrast ratio of 5000:1 and a minimum response time of 2ms.

The novelty supports FreeSync Premium technology, HDR, including HDR 10+, HLG and Dolby Vision. There are also built-in Android apps like YouTube, Google Play, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

The monitor is equipped with two 10W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos/DTS HD. Among the ports, we note two HDMI 2.1, two HDMI 2.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 1, one USB 2.0, one Ethernet, a single 3.5mm headphone output and an optical audio port, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth adapters .
