An unknown Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge laptop with a Snapdragon X Elite chip has been spotted in the Geekbench benchmark database. In this respect reports Windows Latest portal.
The laptop scored 2,706 points in the Geekbench single-core test and 12,646 points in the multi-core test. The Galaxy Book4 Edge tested in the benchmark uses the Snapdragon X Elite XE8100100 chip with 12 cores and a base frequency of 4.01 GHz.
In Geekbench, Apple laptops with Apple M1, M2 and M3 chips scored 2334/8316, 2589/9742, 3181/15620 in Geekbench single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. Thus, the new Samsung product based on Snapdragon X Elite will be among the MacBooks with M2 and M3 chips in terms of performance.
It is stated that the computer operates in “Balanced” power consumption mode. Therefore, journalists believe that the Galaxy Book4 Edge could be even more powerful in productivity mode. They also noticed that there is no laptop called Edge yet among Samsung computers. It is expected to be used for sub-branding of Windows 11 devices with ARM processors.
Previously MacBook Air M3 with 15-inch screen and 256 GB appreciated 145 thousand rubles in Russia.
