Advanced developments, scientific discoveries, cybersecurity issues, personnel training, educational language models, the use of artificial intelligence for sustainable development, various business solutions – these and many other topics will be the subject of discussion by participants at the Eighth International Conference “Journey to the World”. World of Artificial Intelligence” (AI Journey), which will take place in Moscow from 22 to 24 November. Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sber, announced this at a press conference on the eve of AI Journey-2023.
Sber’s top manager told reporters that the forum dedicated to artificial intelligence and machine learning will host 11 broadcasts, 20 live episodes, as well as 80 academic hours of expert presentations in 3 days.
“We expect broadcasts of AI Journey conference events to receive over 100 million views from viewers from dozens of countries,” Vedyakhin said. He also added that the entire work schedule for hearing-impaired people will be translated into sign language in real time, so everyone will be informed about new technologies.
“More than 200 leading speakers will speak at the forum. Among them are experts in the development of artificial intelligence and related industries, young scientists and entrepreneurs from India, China, Brazil, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa and other countries,” said Alexander Vedyakhin.
He explained that AI Journey 2023 will consist of several thematic tracks dedicated to science, business and society.
During the scientific track, Indian Statistical Institute Swagatam Das Professor of the Department of Electronics and Communication Sciences, Indonesian Technocrat University Doctor of Computer Science Dedi Darwis and cyber strategy and mobility 3.0 instructor Yanick Harrel will talk about world trends. Field of artificial intelligence technologies, large language models, use of artificial intelligence in neural networks and generative models.
The youth track will include an open dialogue with young conference participants who have already achieved success in the field of artificial intelligence.
The third technology will be devoted to the real application of artificial intelligence technologies in business (AI Journey Business).

On the last day of the conference, experts will discuss the role of artificial intelligence in creating innovative solutions for the benefit of society and sustainable development.
Vedyakhin also said that within the scope of the conference, Sber will organize a competition of scientific materials and articles in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The author of the best work will receive 1 million rubles.
