In February, the relevant document was proposed by several Texas deputies. The bill includes the ban on the acquisition of real estate to ordinary citizens and companies related to the governments of the US National Intelligence Director on the basis of the annual evaluations of the US National Intelligence Director. In addition to mines, minerals and wood, it will not be possible to buy agricultural, commercial, industrial and housing lands.
Currently, the document is waiting for the last reading in the Texas Legislative Organ before signing the governor.
