The publication states that the expanded list for “landing” includes: Hetzner Online GmbH, Network Solutions, WPEngine, HostGator.com, Ionos, DreamHost, FastComet, Amazon Web Services, GoDaddy.com, Bluehost, Kamatera, and DigitalOcean.
Thus, the company had to open a branch, representative office or Russian legal entity on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Earlier in the press service of Roskomnadzor declarationSpotify AB, which owns the music streaming service Spotify, has been removed from the list of companies that must comply with the requirements of the “landing” law.
On April 11, 2022, Spotify suspended its activities in Russia, and on April 20, 2023, the company applied to RKN to be removed from the list of foreign persons due to non-compliance with the participation criteria.
