A major update has been released for the official ChatGPT chatbot app for iPhone, giving access to the service to users from over 40 countries. In this respect informs MacRumors version.
The ChatGPT client for iOS appeared on the App Store last week. However, it initially only worked in the United States. With the release of the update, the app has become available for residents of other countries.
Supported regions include Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Estonia, France, Germany, Ghana, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lithuania, Mauritania, Republic of Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Namibia, Nauru, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Slovenia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and also the UK. The possibility of accessing the service from Russia is not reported.
It is stated that there are unofficial chatbot clients as well as the official ChatGPT application in the AppStore. However, most of them are scammers.
The new ChatGPT app is free. You can also subscribe to Plus for $20 per month. Additionally, users get priority access to new service features and ChatGPT servers during peak load periods.
