He edged out the new World Championship leader, a Spaniard, with a clean surge to the top of the standings. Alex Rins of Suzuki also chased the podium, while Spaniard Marc Márquez of Repsol Honda staged a remarkable comeback after an early issue.
The fourth round of the World Championship looked set for a dramatic finish. Ducati machines were prominent and powerful, with Italian riders showcasing strong pace. Jorge Martin of Suzuki could not quite match the early tempo set by Miller, who led from the opening laps. The field remained tightly packed as the race unfolded.
Jack Miller seized early command alongside Martin in a tense start that saw Márquez briefly struggle with a bike problem at the first corner. The Spaniard recovered quickly, mounting a spirited comeback and eventually finishing in a strong position despite the rough start.

During his seventh of eight visits to the circuit in the Americas, Márquez entered the race with intent despite missing several rounds. The battle for the podium intensified as Bastianini opened a clear gap at the front, while Rins chased hard and managed to overtake Jack Miller late to claim second place. The move showcased the relentless pressure throughout the field.
Joan Mir of Suzuki finished in fourth place, with Francesco Bagnaia on a Ducati close behind. Márquez and Fabio Quartararo of Yamaha were near the frontline but faced difficulties that prevented a title defense from reaching its peak. After his victory in Argentina, Bastianini widened his championship lead to 61 points, with Rins close on 56, and Aleix Espargaró on 50 who finished eleventh aboard his Aprilia. Pol Espargaró, Márquez’s brother, was sidelined by illness and ended in thirteenth place as the race concluded.
