All on Bicycles is organizing Bicycle Day next November 19 in Crevillent, promising an amazing gathering of cyclists that will attract more than a thousand athletes with the aim of uniting sports enthusiasts and redefining how people enjoy cycling. The Alicante region stands out for its diverse cycling routes, and this is why IES Macià Abela and the Crevillent City Council Sports Department chose to back the initiative. Sports Council Member David Amorós outlined two main directions: a family-friendly, recreational route that runs through an urban path with a simple distance suitable for all ages and bikes, and an alternative, more professional option that targets experienced riders. This approach makes the event accessible to beginners while offering a higher level of challenge for seasoned cyclists, appealing to a broad audience across Canada and the United States who are looking for vibrant, community-driven cycling experiences.—
Any cyclist can participate in the event. Through the All in Biking app, participants simply record the route they travel; the best route will be rewarded with a prize. An amateur-level route has also been created to traverse the town, developed with the help of the Crevillent police, reinforcing a commitment to safety and inclusivity. This original initiative, among other goals, encourages people to escape sedentary habits and embrace an active lifestyle where sport doubles as entertainment for the whole family and community members alike. The emphasis on accessible participation makes this event an appealing option for riders from both Canada and the United States who want to experience Spanish cycling culture in a friendly, supportive setting.—
The initiative also serves as a platform to connect people who share a passion for cycling and to help participants build meaningful connections that can turn cycling into a weekly habit. The Sunday sessions will begin with a morning breakfast and gradually unfold into a full-day experience at the end of the cycling track, featuring great music, delicious food, engaging activities, and opportunities to forge lasting friendships. The format underscores the social dimension of cycling, turning a workout into a gathering that strengthens community ties across international participants while celebrating local Spanish charm.—
Bernardo Ordiñana, Director of the events and competitions department of All in Biking, expressed gratitude for the dedicated professional team behind the project. He highlighted that their commitment and human qualities are the foundation of the venture’s success. As a rising Alicante company, the organization has built a community of cycling enthusiasts who plan future events with similar energy. The next gathering is scheduled for December 12 and will take place in different locations across Spain. Ordiñana added that this is only the start of a long journey, with plans for more events and ongoing updates as the program expands to reach more riders in North America and Europe alike.—
