Russian Premier League (RPL) President Alexander Alaev congratulated Russian midfielder Alexei Miranchuk, who plays for the Italian Atalanta team, for his victory in the Europa League. His words lead the way “Sports Express”.

Miranchuk did not take the field in the Europa League final match. The match played against German Bayer Leverkusen in Dublin, Ireland on May 22, resulted in a 3-0 victory for the Bergamasco team. Among the winners, Ademola Lookman scored a hat-trick.
