2020 Youth Olympic Games champion Ksenia Sinitsyna won the short program at the fifth stage of the Russian Grand Prix in Samara this weekend.
Tatyana Moiseeva and Ilona Protaseni, students of Svetlana Panova, collected 73.77 points ahead of their 10 competitors with their performance. After the first day of the competition, the second place was taken by Daria Sadkova, the student of Russia’s Honored Coach Eteri Tutberidze, who received 72.93 points from the jury. She was followed on the scoresheet by Maya Khromykh, who returned to the ice after a serious injury and scored 66.69 points.
