The 2023 Formula 1 World Championship calendar features 24 Grands Prix. This schedule was confirmed by electronic vote among members of the FIA World Motor Sport Council this week.
The FIA confirms that the United States will host three races this season, with the Las Vegas Grand Prix serving as the penultimate round. Miami and Austin are also included, bringing the three U.S. races to a total of 24 events for the year.
The season kicking off in Bahrain on March 5, and Monaco remains on the calendar for May 28. The calendar continues with races in Spain on June 4 and Mexico on October 29.
The finale is traditionally held in Abu Dhabi on November 26, returning after a one-year break. The season also includes a return to Qatar on October 8.
In a statement, the FIA notes that the 2023 F1 calendar avoids clashes with the 24 Hours of Le Mans, as part of an effort by the World Motor Sport Council to optimize all championship race schedules.
