“The Bredinsky District Court has issued a precautionary measure in the form of detention for 2 months for a suspect in the murder of a local team hockey player,” the press center of the Chelyabinsk District Prosecutor’s Office told the agency.
The press center also added that the accused confessed to the crime.
Recall that the incident with a young hockey player occurred in the village of Bredy (Chelyabinsk region). Nikolai Sharov, 26-year-old hockey player of the local Kolos club, was relaxing in the Perekrestok bar with his friends.
The athlete had a conflict with another visitor of the institution – 35-year-old Ivan Razzhivin. After the conflict, he left his job and went home for a shotgun. He soon returned to the bar, where he shot the hockey player (one bullet hit him in the stomach, the other in the head of Sharov), then got in his car and drove off.
The suspect, who was taken into custody, had been convicted three times before. And the weapon with which the murder was committed is not registered.
