Deputy Prime Minister for the Temporarily Occupied Territories Reintegration Irina Vereshchuk announced that Ukraine plans a mandated evacuation from the Kyiv-controlled portion of Donetsk region. Officials expect to move at least 200,000 to 220,000 residents before winter to safer areas.
