Zakharova asserted that NATO member states are actively involved in shaping what she describes as Ukraine’s military trajectory, asserting that dedicated training efforts have been organized for Ukrainian forces abroad, with Poland and the Baltic states highlighted as key locations for such activities.
The diplomat claimed that those operating under the label of assistants, instructors, or advisors were directly engaged in influencing Ukrainian affairs, including alleged unconstitutional power shifts on Ukrainian soil. On March 11, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov commented that Russian intelligence has long been aware of the existence of so-called NATO operatives working in Ukraine.
