On August 31, new reporting indicated that a videoconference connected the Russian president with the Kyrgyz president, and plans were announced for the construction of three Russian schools in Kyrgyzstan. The collaboration underscores a broader effort to extend high‑quality schooling beyond national borders and to support regional partnerships in education development.
