The Law and Justice program will be unveiled at the convention set for September 9, according to Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Polsat News.
“The program for PiS is ready. At the upcoming convention on September 9, we will also present the core points of the program, share our vision, and lift the spirits of the Polish people,” Morawiecki stated in the Polsat News discussion.
The Prime Minister conveyed these remarks in conversation with a Polsat News reporter.
What did the government spokesman say earlier?
Earlier on Polish Radio’s Channel One, government spokesman Piotr Müller said that the Law and Justice party would present its program for the next term in the first two weeks of September.
During a radio interview, the spokesman was asked what proposals could be anticipated before the Law and Justice elections. Müller noted that current social measures—such as 800+, the 14th pension, free medicines for young people and seniors, and free highways—require state spending exceeding 20 billion PLN per year.
He added that the party is steadily implementing its plan throughout the term and would announce additional programs before the next election. Regarding the upcoming semester, Müller indicated that proposals would be shown at the start of September, within the first two weeks, after which further discussion would take place.
The Law and Justice election program is nearing completion. It has been mapped out for eight years, and even a longer horizon was outlined by PiS spokesman Rafał Bochenek during a press briefing.
