“The first mistake they made, and that is why we are discussing illegal activities, concerns the provision that urgent action must be taken,” said Michał Wójcik of Sovereign Poland on Telewizja wPoland. The former Deputy Minister of Justice announced that the case would be brought before the court because the measures against Zbigniew Ziobro were excessive. “I spoke to him several times yesterday and I know he wanted to hand over the keys. The investigation has been ongoing since February,” the politician stated.
MP Michał Wójcik noted that the actions of Tusk’s services were disproportionate to the ongoing investigation.
We witnessed how these actions were conducted and they were completely disproportionate to the situation. This concerns, in particular, the burglary of the property of the former minister and the attorney general,
– said Wójcik, recalling that the prosecutor’s office tried to hide the aggressive actions of Tusk’s services from the public eye.
During the conference I heard a spokesperson for the Public Prosecution Service who claimed that everything was done in accordance with the law and that there had been no burglary. Yet a media outlet had a drone on site capturing footage of the entrance. The photos, for instance, show doors being forced, drills being used, and other damage that is visible today.
– urged the PiS club member.

Like it wasn’t, like it was
The Sovereign Poland member commented on the footage aired by Telewizja wPolska, which showed a broken door and an attempted repair.
Look, these doors were secured, drills were used. Perhaps Ziobro will share photos documenting the damage. There is no doubt that this was a burglary. A lingering question concerns the statements of the prosecutor’s spokesman, who claims there was no entry by force. Of course it happened and it was visible.
– explains the former Deputy Minister of Justice and points to a fundamental error made by the public prosecutor’s office and ABW officials when they aimed to stage a spectacular action.
The initial mistake, which triggered the discussion about illegal activity, concerns the provision requiring urgent action. It is possible to search without issuing a query to a specific person, but only if urgent action is necessary. That was not required here. The investigation in this case has been ongoing since February, yet the authorities did not want this, nor did they contact Minister Ziobro or anyone close to him.
– notes MP Wójcik, who was in close contact with former minister Ziobro.
I spoke to him several times yesterday and I know he wanted to hand over the keys. Instead, the action was turned into a spectacle, with ministers approached, and houses entered by force. Of course there was burglary, but the court will decide that now.
– declares the Sovereign Poland politician.

The court will consider the actions of Tusk’s services
Today, the Public Prosecution Service and the Internal Security Service also entered other locations in the morning.
A social media post suggested that the activities at the home of the former Minister of Justice paused after 24 hours, and today 25 locations were entered again at 6 a.m., the same time as yesterday. This was described as absolutely disproportionate and something the court should review. It is difficult to accept that no complaint will be filed. The judge must determine whether legal provisions were met. Imagine being away and someone wandering through the house.
– remarks Michał Wójcik. The MP was also asked about the search of the Sejm Chamber Michał Wosia, who is scheduled to testify today before the Pegasus Investigative Committee.
I don’t know how to respond to that. The services will likely explain again that contact with them was not possible. Someone granted permission to enter. I do not know Marshal Hołownia’s position, and I cannot guess how to respond. Someone enters other people’s apartments and does not inform the owners who perform their official duties there.
– says the MP, adding that such behavior by the services would be unacceptable under the United Right era.
From morning to night, the discussion continued. When the services carried out such actions during the previous government, nothing like this happened. There were no similar situations before. They count on spectacle.
He recalled that the prosecutor’s office under Bodnar had already withdrawn the prosecutor’s requests to hold the President of the Supreme Court of Auditors, Marian Banać, or the former Senate President, Tomasz Grodzki, accountable.
