The left will appoint a deputy minister of health
Negotiations over the lineup of Donald Tusk’s new government have not been fully published yet. Robert Biedroń explained on TVN24 that during talks the coalition partners KO, Trzecia Droga, and Lewica first named the ministries they were keen on and then proposed suitable individuals for approval by the prime minister. Tusk indicated he would endorse all names put forward by the left, signaling strong confidence in the candidates.
Each bloc listed the ministries it wished to oversee and suggested appropriate people for those roles. The left presented its choices, and Tusk accepted the names, viewing them as top-tier specialists. The discussions among the groups are nearly concluded, with no major clashes reported. Biedroń noted that he had participated in the talks and that the left had offered its best options.

A common presidential candidate?
