Tusk’s lawlessness in Polish schools. Nowacka discriminates against almost 80 percent of the students!

In April, school directors prepare organizational sheets, ie plans the work of the school from September of the following year. They determine the number of classes, give hours to teachers, show vacancies. These plans are approved by the leading authorities, but if they accept it or not, they use the opinions of trade unions. When allocating hours of a certain subject, the directors who manage the institutions adhere to strict framework curricula. There is a serious problem with planning school work in 2025/26.

Education Minister Barbara Nowacka, due to a regulation of 26 July 2024, changed the principles of organizing religion lessons. Ignugally ignoring the constitutional provisions of art. 25 Para. 3 Of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the constitutional principle of the consensual method to regulate the relationship between the state and churches and other religious associations. She dealt with the educational law in the same way and art. 12 Para. 2 of the law of 7 September 1991 on the education system in connection with joke. 92 Para. 1 in joke. 2 and art. 7 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, has so far crossed the rules of the organization of religion. The minister (she told herself to be described) orders the mixing of children from different levels of class in religion lessons. This is not only due to the lack of knowledge about the psychophysical development of children, but due to unchanged contempt for the needs of a young man, as well as catechist teachers who do not get a chance to implement the curriculum of the subject or to provide a message that is suitable for the age of students. The Constitutional Tribunal has ruled that this regulation is not consistent with the basic law, which means that Nowacka breaks the law and forces directors and teachers to the same. In a state of law this means the immediate withdrawal of the legal bubel. Only that today in the Polish state, the KO team decided that his right is not valid and gave itself the privilege of determining something according to the principle “I think this is what it should be like now, because I like it so much”. Left totalitarianism systematically introduced in Poland by Tusk and Bodnarów wants to intimidate society effectively enough to be able to move violence and violation of the law. Will parents afford an effective opposition in this situation against left -wing plans to receive their rights to decide on raising children?

In addition to young people, their parents are also victims. They have important arguments in their hands. I hope they use them. They will certainly be done by those who are independent, self -government, because there is nothing to count on political attachments. The unions of teachers give opinions about the organizational sheets of schools. I expect no different than a negative opinion, together with the justification for the transparency of feedback. I regret that I am not counting on the Polish teacher union, although I would like to be wrong. I hope in NZZ Solidarność. Teachers of solidarity, such as in 1980, time to demand the rights of Polish students and their teachers! The school heads have become hostages of the left -wing lawlessness of the government. The rescue wheel for them must become the union of a teacher and the attitude of parents who demand respect for their rights. Parents are already well organized. They express their opinion and form the political scene through the coalition for the defense of the Polish school. They won that the subject of health education, that he was not to teach children and young people and to deepen, would not be mandatory classes. We are during Easter, the attitude of Christ, the Lord, his martyrdom to defend the truth, Poland leads’ deeds! Only the active attitude of Polish society in relation to lawlessness and damage is worth the heirs of Christian civilization.
