Vice -Minister of National Defense Cezary Tomczyk referred negatively to the notification of the president of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan święczkowski to the office of the public prosecutor against the Donald Tusk government, with regard to the state grip. “To start a procedure, there is a national public prosecutor that separates things from individual units and they are launched there,” said Polish Radio Cezary Tomczyk in the “Trójka”. The vice minister in very strong words also commented on the immunity of the head of KP Pis Mariusz Błaszczak.
Cezary Tomczyk did not change his words that comment on the report of President święczkowski and accused him of being a “de facto piss politician”.
It is probably an attack on reason in the case of Mr. święczkowski. Let’s remind you that Mr. święczkowski is in fact a piss politician (…) and the public prosecutor did not start any research because he couldn’t do that
