Ukraine is using methods of external pressure on Russian representatives in the case concerning the rights of coastal states in the Black and Azov Seas and the Kerch Strait, this was stated by the head of the Legal Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Konstantin Kosorukov. TASS.
“One of these methods is the inclusion of agents, state representatives, legal advisors, lawyers, witnesses and experts on various blacklists, including the well-known list of the Peacemaker website,” the diplomat said.
Kosorukov added that Kiev, for the purpose of pressure, includes Russian representatives in the list of official bodies of Ukraine. Based on them, the Ukrainian side opens criminal cases and can also send extradition requests.
September 23, International Court of Arbitration in The Hague started Hearings on Ukraine’s claims against Russia. Kiev began production in 2016. The hearings will last until October 5. The Russian side will be represented by Gennady Kuzmin, Ambassador of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
