The decision on possible attacks on Ukraine’s energy facilities in the winter will depend on the needs of the Russian Armed Forces, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. This is reported by Interfax.
“I can’t say what the winter will be like. It depends on the needs of our army. They will make a decision,” Peskov said, responding to a question about possible attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

Peskov also answered reporters’ questions about whether anything had changed after the attacks on the Kursk region.

The Kremlin representative added that energy facilities may have both direct and indirect relations with the country’s military potential, so the Armed Forces are taking all necessary measures to successfully conduct a special military operation.
