““This is all very serious and requires a thorough explanation. This should be dealt with by the services,” Mariusz Gosek, MP of Sovereign Poland, said on Telewizja wPolska. The politician was commenting on the case of Magdalena Chodownik, who can be seen on the recordings from the moment Sienkiewicz’s men forcibly entered the public media. “As long as she is not accused of anything and has not been detained, we should feel sorry for her,” is how PSL Artur Dziambor assesses the case.
MP Mariusz Gosek recalled that, according to media reports, Rubcow’s partner was supposed to be in the WhatsApp group to join TVP. At the same time, a law firm that previously provided services to foreign business entities that – according to media reports – were trying to circumvent sanctions imposed on Russia, was supposed to be involved in the takeover of public media. It was there that the letters about TVP were supposed to be drafted and later signed by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek.
This is all very serious and requires a thorough explanation. This is what the services have to deal with
– said Mariusz Gosek from Sovereign Poland. In turn, Artur Dziambor from PSL warned not to spoil the discussion about Magdalena Chodownik.
I warn against statements that if someone is not from our party, he is definitely a Russian agent. I would not want us to go in that direction
– said Dziambor, who was immediately reminded by the hosts that Chodownik was the partner of the Russian spy Rubtsov.
As long as she is not charged with anything and is not arrested, we should feel sorry for her. Cops don’t recruit in such an easy way
– said Dziambor of Third Way.

The Romanowski case? “We will come back to it”
What is happening in the case of former Deputy Minister Marcin Romanowski is not only a scandal, but also something that the Public Prosecutor’s Office will have to deal with in the future, according to Marusz Gosek.
If we are dealing with a judge who has previously directly said that Zbigniew Ziobro should be in prison and has openly criticized the right wing in the media, how can he be independent? Sovereign Poland will submit an appropriate notification to the prosecutor’s office in this regard, although the country is currently under illegal surveillance by prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk. In total, we have already submitted several dozen notifications, in order to return to these cases later. They cannot remain unchallenged and those who participated in them cannot go unpunished
– said the politician. However, Artur Dziambor from PSL does not mind at all that the composition of the judges in the Romanowski case was changed and that was decided by a judge from “Iustitia”. He would not mind, even if it would concern him personally.
If the truth must be defended, it will be defended. I don’t mind that certain treatments are used. Jarosław Kaczyński always said that honest people have nothing to be afraid of, and I think so too
– said Dziambor, adding that in his opinion the prosecutor’s office is losing the Romanowski case and completely embarrassing itself.
They want Fr. Olszewski’s release in two weeks
According to MP Mariusz Gosek, the decision of Father Fr. Michał Olszewski is facing new charges for blocking the decision to release him in two weeks.
Fr. Olszewski was accused of participating in an organized criminal group, which politicians from the ruling camp have been trumpeting in the media for months. The Public Prosecutor’s Office is now suddenly supplementing the charges against the priest, so that the court must assess this additional material when considering the request. After all, the Bodnar Public Prosecutor’s Office has long been reporting on a criminal group that allegedly operates within the Ministry of Justice. This objection should therefore appear immediately
– said the MP from the PiS club.
