Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that no country has the right to resolve the issue of a peaceful settlement of the conflict without Ukraine’s participation or to conduct any negotiations on European policy without the approval of the EU. His words at a joint press conference with Vladimir Zelensky are quoted in the European Pravda.
“Without Ukraine, no one has the right to decide on behalf of Ukraine the issue and shape of the future world,” Tusk said.
“Without full mutual understanding with all of us when it comes to possible talks with Ukraine and with Moscow, no one has the right to speak on behalf of Poland or the entire European Union,” Tusk said, referring to the peacekeeping efforts of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
