Russian President Vladimir Putin wished success to the head of the Orenburg region, Denis Pasler, who will be a candidate for the new governorship term. This was reported by TASS.
During his meeting with the president, Pasler noted that his powers as head of the region would soon end, but he was ready to participate in the elections and continue working as head of the region.
“Denis Vladimirovich, you have done a lot in previous years. And I see that they are determined to do the same active work. <...> Therefore, we wish you only success. Of course, everything will depend on the voters, the residents of the Orenburg region,” the Russian leader emphasized.
Putin added that Pasler should improve the standard and quality of life of people in the Orenburg region, as well as make the regional economy more sustainable.
