“This statement by Adam Bodnar should close the case,” wrote Sebastian Kaleta, a member of parliament from Sovereign Poland, referring to the justice minister’s statement. Bodnar admitted in an interview with Polsat News that he was not aware of a case in which Pegasus was used without court permission. The Association of Prosecutors “Ad Vocem” also responded to the speech of the head of the Ministry of Justice, calling it “astonishing”.
Adam Bodnar was asked in Polsat News whether Pegasus was in any case used without court permission.
I don’t know of such a case. At least based on what we’ve analyzed so far, but it’s hard for me to rule it out. Perhaps I will say that what we get is that, paradoxically, the services cared very much about this kind of internal bureaucracy in the context of all the activities that should have been undertaken.
– replied Bodnar.
This should close the case
Sebastian Kaleta, a member of parliament from Sovereign Poland, responded to this statement.
This statement from Adam Bodnar should close the case. Any operational control using Pegasus was carried out with the AUTHORIZATION of the court. Drawing up lists of ‘victims’ etc. is, as he further said, political theatre. Besides, who did the damage? Judges Tuleya or Gąciarek?
— wrote Kaleta on the X platform.

MP Marcin Przydacz, member of the parliamentary investigation committee for Pegasus, also commented on Bodnar’s words.
Minister Adam Bodnar confirms that all known inspections with Pegasus were carried out on the basis of permission from the courts. The services kept order. Also in documents. 1. There was no mass wiretapping. We know that. 2. The operations were legal because they were based on court permission, we already know that. Step by step we will verify the collected stories spread by some politicians and media workers without any basis in knowledge or documents.
– wrote Przydacz.
Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, in turn, wrote that he was pleased “that the minister’s subsequent findings confirm the legality of the use of operational control measures by law enforcement authorities.”
When political emotions subside, it will become apparent that other parts of this fabricated ‘scandal’ will also have to be thrown into the legal trash bin. The sooner this happens, the better. Involving law enforcement agencies in imaginary cases is a waste of prosecutorial power. This is to the detriment of the victims of real crimes
– Ostrowski emphasized.

An astonishing achievement
Earlier, the Independent Association of Prosecutors “Ad Vocem” also commented on the Minister of Justice’s statement.
Adam Bodnar’s amazing speech on Polsat News!
– marked.
Regarding the legality of the procedure for obtaining permission to inspect Pegasus, the Minister says the following (you heard correctly, all inspections known to Adam Bodnar were correctly obtained in court!!!)
— emphasis on the profile of the association.
