Poles are increasingly concerned about what will happen on NATO’s eastern flank if Vladimir Putin’s forces win in Ukraine – according to Thursday’s United Surveys poll for RMF FM and “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”. More than 47 percent of Poles believe that Vladimir Putin wants to attack Poland.
The latest United Surveys survey for RMF FM and “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” asked what the outcome would be of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
The most – 47.4 percent respondents – believe that the conflict will last many years and end in the destruction of both countries. 17.4 percent respondents believe Ukraine will win, and 14.1 percent believe Russia will win. 21.1 percent Respondents chose the answer “I don’t know/it’s hard to say.”
Even more worries
The survey also asked whether Vladimir Putin would like to attack Poland. Currently, 47.4 percent think so. Poland. This is 16 percentage points more than in a comparable survey from May 2023.
