Law and Justice MPs Marcin Horała and Waldemar Buda entered the Prime Minister’s Chancellery to find expert opinions on the CPK, which Donald Tusk boasted, and which would question the validity of the investment in the Central Communications Gate .
We are at the Prime Minister’s Chancellery, we are waiting. Imagine if no one came down and didn’t respond to our submission. There is an SOP employee with us who says he is waiting for guidelines. A strange situation. We had clear procedures: an MP could come in anywhere and submit a letter. We are here with correspondence. We ask for expert opinions
– said Waldemar Buda.
They should be made available because the Member of Parliament has the right to access documents in public institutions. However, there is a growing suspicion that these expert opinions simply do not exist and that this explains the problem. The Prime Minister publicly said they were there, but they weren’t, so what now? No one here knows what to do. In addition, there is another problem: we arrived at eight in the morning, and I think that the Prime Minister and high-ranking officials usually do not show up for work at this time, so there is no one to make decisions. Well, we are waiting, we hope that in accordance with the law, the expert advice mentioned by the Prime Minister will be made available to us
– MP Horała added.
We see a lot of confusion and fear. There is nothing to be afraid of. We are here with good intentions. We come for the expert advice that the Prime Minister referred to during the cabinet meeting. We have a peaceful attitude, we wait quietly, but we also have rights under art. 19 of the law concerning the exercise of the mandate of a Member of Parliament. If this continues, we will simply go in and submit this intervention to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat
– Buda added.
No expert opinion
The PiS MPs were only welcomed by an SOP officer who waited for further instructions from his superiors.
The Prime Minister’s Chancellery is apparently currently determining who can do something to provide us with expert advice. I don’t think there is anyone in the Prime Minister’s Chancellery at 8:00 in the morning who can make a decision
— wrote Marcin Horała on the X platform.

Politicians reported that they had not found the documents in question, or even anyone who would be authorized to indicate where the next steps should be taken on the matter.
We leave the Prime Minister’s Chancellery. Of course, there are no expert opinions questioning the validity of the CPK. The Prime Minister is also absent, and I don’t think the head of the Chancellery is here. There was a lot of confusion at the entrance. We arrived at eight in the morning, it’s a bad time to come to the Prime Minister’s office in the morning so that there is someone here who can make decisions. Well, we finally did it, we left a letter at the Prime Minister’s office. There are no expert opinions here. Now we go to Mr. Maciej Lasek – the government representative for CPK. Look there for the opinions of experts, maybe we will find them there
– said MP Marcin Horała.

Bezholów in the Prime Minister’s Chancellery
The former Deputy Minister of Development and Technology pointed out that despite nine o’clock in the morning, no one from the management of the Prime Minister’s Chancellery was in the Prime Minister’s office.
We apologized for being so early as it is 9am so waiting for someone to make a decision is inappropriate. We have apologized and are now going to the Ministry of Funds
– Waldemar Buda added.
