Hungary had barely lifted its veto on EU aid to Ukraine when Germany started blocking it. This is a country that does not want Russia to lose and that permanently cooperates with Russia in its political strategy. Germany is the biggest ally of the criminal Moscow regime in the West.

On February 1, the European Council approved a package of EUR 50 billion in EU support for Ukraine. The case dragged on for months because there was no required unanimity. Hungary used the veto until the European Commission started blackmailing Budapest, threatening to destroy the economy and even attack the forint. Orbán’s government had to give in and eventually gave permission.
Why do I write that “he had to give in?” Well, agreement is certain, but everything indicates that Hungary’s hesitation, resistance and all this intimidation was just a game aimed at torpedoing aid to Ukraine and delaying it for as long as possible. All this at the request of Germany, which is now openly and shamelessly paralyzing aid to Ukraine. Now Berlin is engaged in accounting tricks and wants the PLN 50 billion in EU aid, which should be financed, among other things, to: Deduct with new taxes what they supposedly donated, so that the burden on Germany, their share of this help would be smaller. Now there will be months of negotiations over who gave how much and how to calculate how much of it, all to delay aid to a struggling Ukraine for as long as possible.
Even before the European Council meeting I wrote: However, I cannot resist the impression, the intuition, that the whole fuss with the Hungarians is a game, a deception. That by blocking aid to Ukraine, Budapest is doing Germany’s dirty work on their orders, and everything will fall apart. There is no more pro-Russian country with imperial ambitions than Germany, no more pro-Kacap political formations than Germany, with successive generations of chancellors and ministers serving Moscow.

Since Prime Minister Orban’s visit to Berlin in October 2022, Hungary has started developing a certificate of decency and despite declarations of indifference to the war and sometimes even outright hostility towards Ukraine, they have started to get away with everything in the EU. There were so-called scoldings for the lack of rule of law, democracy of this and that, but in fact they went unpunished. In December 2022, the European Commission even approved the first KPO package, something Poland couldn’t wait to apply for. Only now has PiS realized that the entire reconstruction fund was just an instrument to enforce obedience, and that these expectations regarding the rule of law, democracy and what else was just a game, a masquerade, a simple fraud. In October 2023, it was even announced that 13 billion euros from cohesion funds would be released for Hungary. These were of course withheld completely illegally, but that is a different story.
I am convinced, bordering on certainty, that Germany has agreed with Hungary that they will play the role of this evil, anti-Ukrainian, pro-Russian black people, but that they will not lose a hair on their heads and Berlin guarantees that . Valuable money will flow to Budapest, and in return Hungary will paralyze aid to Ukraine and delay it for as long as possible. So the months passed, we always heard about the discord in Hungary – the spectacle of fraud continued. Hungary has done the dirty work on behalf of Germany by delaying aid to Ukraine for as long as possible and limiting it as much as possible. After all, Germany could not act as a supporter of the bloody Moscow regime. The fraudsters from Berlin had to play their part as Europe’s greatest democrats and benefactors.
So there was still spectacle going on and there were still obstacles. We remember the big parades with the transfer of Patriot batteries to Poland to replace the batteries we gave to the fight against Ukraine. It was similar to Leopard tanks for us and Kiev. And as it turned out, most of them were just junk. One hundred of them were supposed to reach Ukraine, but by March 2023 only 18 were sent, which are no longer usable. As revealed by MP Sebastian Schäfer of the Budget Committee and the parliamentary committee overseeing the supposed reconstruction of the German armed forces, most of them are unusable – some were broken, others broken.
The fact that equipment is destroyed during war is not surprising. Also the fact that it is worn out. It is even worse when it turns out that the damage can be removed and the tanks can be fought again, but this does not happen due to a lack of parts. The most powerful economy in Europe, the manufacturer of these tanks has no spare parts for 18!!! pieces.
Either there isn’t one, or the Germans are cheating and don’t really want to solve them. Maybe they can’t produce parts for 18 tanks, or maybe they pretend to help Ukraine. In this regard, Brigadier General Erich Vad, former chief military advisor to Angela Merkel, seems sincere. This repeatedly discredited officer publicly said that Ukraine would fall within days, and that defending Kiev was pointless and merely symbolic, so no aid should be given and no equipment should be transferred.
A similar story to the Leopards happened with the self-propelled howitzer guns of the Panzerhaubitze 200. After major parades, Germany transferred 14 of them to Ukraine, but they quickly became useless. “Der Spiegel” reported that the Ministry of Defense “forgot” to order spare parts for them. As long as they stood there or turned around and shouted von der Leyen’s cheers, everything was fine. But when it came to doing what they were built to do: fire 300 rounds a day, they were worn out.
By 2022, a German brigade would be stationed in Lithuania, which is under constant threat of Russian attack. Only at the end of last year did the Defense Ministers of Germany, Boris Pistorius, and Lithuania, Arvydas Anuszauskas, sign a plan to deploy a unit of about five thousand soldiers and emergency services. The brigade’s deployment is expected to begin this year – more than two years after the outbreak of war. We will see.
Germany has been unable to supply cruise missiles to Ukraine for two years, although France did so by sending SCALP-EG and Britain Storm Shadow. Defense Ministers Boris Pistorius, Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock and Finance Christian Lindner promised to transfer the Tauruses by the autumn at the latest, but everything was blocked by Chancellor Scholz. On January 17, the Bundestag decided that the missiles would not be sent to Ukraine. 178 MPs voted in favor of their transfer and 485 were against. This best shows that Germany does not really want to help in the fight against Ukraine. All they do is mislead public opinion in Europe and the Ukrainians themselves, who helplessly buy all the German lies.
This attitude from Berlin is not surprising; it is permanent and no Russian crime will change this attitude. Chancellor Helmut Kohl believed, like Putin today, that the collapse of the Soviet Union was a “disaster.” Ukraine would remain part of it. If this was the opinion of the CDU chancellor, what could one expect from the former communist activist from the GDR, Angela Merkel. Or now from the former left-wing activist Olaf Scholz. Gerhard Schröder has officially been employed by the criminal Putin for almost twenty years.
Germany wants Ukraine to fall as soon as possible because this would end the war and allow them to quickly do business with bloody Russia. Every action shows that they lie, cheat and have bad intentions.
This is the case now, when, after the Hamletization of Hungary, unanimity was reached at the European Council on the 50 billion euros in aid to Ukraine. A new fraudulent spectacle begins, now involving Berlin accounting tricks, which is expected to delay and paralyze aid to Ukraine, which is fighting for its independence, in the coming months. Germany is the bloody Russian regime’s most loyal and most nefarious ally.
