I am full of worry about the reaction to all of this and the regressive reactions it may initiate against me. I hope I’m wrong, but I’m open to all scenarios. When I held the honorable position of District Prosecutor in Warsaw, I appeared in the Committee on Parliamentary Affairs and Immunity, that is, I took a position on the issue of lifting the immunity of Members of Parliament. There was no political option that would not be covered by such a proposal. Therefore, it is very unfair to accuse the prosecutors of the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office of carrying out certain political tasks. Investigators responded where the law was broken. (…)

The prosecutor will fight in court
Prosecutor Mariusz Dubowski admitted that his unit was the prosecutor’s office on the front lines of the battle, dealing with the most serious categories of crimes, including those committed by people from the establishment. He also announced. that he will also fight for reinstatement at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
The process of personnel changes at the public prosecutor’s office is very rapid. The way this happens is very questionable. I mean the legal basis for personnel decisions. I was stripped of my position as a result of a fait accompli policy. (…). However, I’m not giving up. I intend to take legal action to seek justice in the courts.
