“Donald Tusk’s government has no intention of blocking the Migration Pact! – PiS MP Sebastian Kaleta (Sovereign Poland) wrote on the X website. The former Deputy Minister of Justice explains that this stems from the response to his parliamentary question.
Question about the migration pact. Kaleta reveals what the answer was!
What will the government of Donald Tusk do regarding the migration pact pushed by the European Union, which entails the forced relocation of immigrants or financial penalties if they refuse to accept them? The news from PiS MP Sebastian Kaleta (Sovereign Poland) can cause serious concerns!
BOOM ‼️ Donald Tusk’s government has no intention of blocking the Migration Pact ‼️
— wrote Sebastian Kaleta on X.
This is evident from the answer to my question. I asked whether the government would oppose it and possibly use any legally available means to block the pact if it were to take its current form. I was told there were no decisions or plans
– said the former deputy head of the Ministry of Justice.
Currently, Donald Tusk’s government plans to pay the amounts determined by the European Commission when the Migration Pact comes into force. The problem is that how much Poland would have to pay would be determined arbitrarily by… the European Commission itself. It could be a billion or even several billion per year. Tusk’s government doesn’t care!
– concluded the politician of Sovereign Poland.
What did Donald Tusk say?
Let’s remember that at the beginning of January this year. Prime Minister Donald Tusk assured at a press conference that Poland… would not adapt to the mandatory mechanism in this matter.
When it comes to forced relocations, this issue is clear and, until recently, distorted by the public media. Fortunately, this lie will never appear there again. When it comes to forced relocations, I am strongly against so-called forced solidarity. Partly because I was the head of the European Council, this mechanism was never implemented. And Poland will never be part of such a mechanism. I closed this issue a long time ago and I see no reason to repeat it again
– said Tusk.
