Breaking the law is a constant practice of this team. It is supported by the current of European politics that aims to ‘unify’ Europe under the auspices of Germany and France. This sense of support from powerful forces in Europe gives those in power the confidence that they can get away with anything, PiS President Jarosław Kaczyński said in Telewizja Republika.

Parliamentary inspections of PiS MPs
On Wednesday, Telewizja Republika referred to the presence of PiS MPs in the buildings of TVP and the Polish Press Agency, claiming that they are conducting “vicarious inspections” there.
In an interview with the President of PiS, Jarosław Kaczyński, it was pointed out that “we already have direct announcements of attempts to limit the parliamentary mandate and the possibility of actions of the deputies, but there is also a call to dismiss the deputies by force, because this is the message of the prevailing option: the deputies, according to the government, occupy the seats of the public media.
Kaczyński said that “MPs exercise their control functions” “because we have every reason to take on these types of control functions, even in such a radical way, because they serve to prevent violations of the law.” He added that “this violation of the law (…) is currently taking place in an extremely intense manner.”
This is government policy
– he said.
Breaking the law, but also parliamentary customs, is simply a constant practice of this team. Here almost everything that formed the basis for functioning, sometimes better, sometimes worse, but still of any constitutional order in Poland, was trampled by this group (…) who simply came to the conclusion that they
– noted the president of PiS.
Why did she come to this conclusion?
– asked Kaczyński.
Some will say she received such support in the election. In my opinion this is the wrong answer
– added.
“These plans have already been submitted.”
According to Kaczyński, it “has the support of this current in European politics, which is still the strongest today (…), which wants to ‘unify’ Europe under the auspices of Germany and France. For our part of Europe, that is, under the auspices of Germany.
And these plans have already been submitted
– added.
This sense of support from these powerful forces in Europe gives those in power the belief that they can get away with anything (…), that they simply can and that what applies to others does not apply to them. I am convinced that this is the main belief that leads them to practice this kind of practice
– added.
Kaczyński, asked if he was surprised by the “magnitude of this aggression”, replied that he was not.
They announced it during the election campaign, and moreover it is this kind of group, these are people who obviously have the support of different voters.
As he added: ‘I don’t want to condemn them in any way, but some of them are very aggressive people, very reluctant to do anything that – in their opinion – threatens their social position, which they have acquired through, let’s say , controversial manner (…), especially in the 1990s (…) it was often related to their position during communism.
This group exhibits the characteristic of complete indifference to rules on the one hand and a high degree of aggression on the other.
– said Kaczynski.

Attack on the National Council for the Judiciary, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court
Jarosław Kaczyński announced on Telewizja Republika that control over public media and the elimination of media pluralism are crucial for the government’s plan to create a political monopoly.
Jarosław Kaczyński asked on Republika TV what election campaigns will look like in a situation where the public media is paralyzed and whether he expects attacks on the National Council of the Judiciary, the Constitutional Court or the Supreme Court, replied:
There will be attempts to attack the institution before the elections, but I may be wrong.
When asked about the elections, he replied that when it comes to elections, we must not forget that the liquidation of the public media, i.e. the liquidation of real media pluralism, is crucial for the implementation of the government’s plan, which was called for by the PO . a “project”, that is, a “plan to create a political monopoly in “Poland”.
He explained that controlling what a citizen knows and what he does not know, and preventing a citizen from learning different interpretations of events presented by different media (…) is an extremely important goal in achieving this goal.
