During his speech after the meeting of the Political Council for Law and Justice, Jarosław Kaczyński raised several important issues. He referred, among other things, to: regarding changes to EU treaties and the liquidation of the Smolensk Subcommittee.
The President of Law and Justice warned against Poland’s subordination to Brussels. He also mentioned the role of Germany. He spoke about this while commenting on the issue of appointing commissions of inquiry.
This will be a shame for the leaders of these committees, because the subject of their activities concerns decisions taken legally, and sometimes even on the basis of some coercion, for example constitutional. This creates a terrible picture, and everything that is happening in the EU plays in the background. This plan to create a centralized state, in the case of Poland, actually amounts to the complete subordination of our country to Brussels. But in this case Brussels is also called Berlin. What could not be done by military methods in the past will now be done by other methods. We must oppose this and we must unite, this is the most important thing
– he said.
Smolensk Subcommittee
This is a characteristic resolution. It is known that the committee presented a report, the conclusions are clear: an attack, undoubtedly organized at the initiative of Putin. The liquidation of this committee can be considered a very serious gift to Putin. It will soon be fourteen years since this event, and Putin is still here. However, an assassination attempt on the head of state is a practice that is very rare in the case of other heads of state. It would be very dangerous for Putin if world public opinion, and therefore also the politicians who decide the fate of the world, were to take note of the fact that something like this had happened.
