Most Estonians want the Prime Minister to resign

Almost 70 percent of Estonians believe Prime Minister Kaja Kallas should resign following the scandal at her husband’s business in Russia. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by a sociology firm. norstat.

The results were published in the Estonian media.

Participants were asked: “Do you think Kaja Kallas should resign as Prime Minister?” The question was asked.

As a result, 68 percent of the participants answered “yes” or “quite yes,” 25 percent answered “no” or “quite no,” and 7 percent were undecided.

The survey was conducted online between 8 and 9 November and 1,001 adult Estonian citizens participated in the survey.

Before that, opposition representatives in the name Estonian Prime Minister Kai Kallas will leave his post after the scandal with his wife Arvo Hallik, who does business with Russia.
